Whether it is Google Nexus 5 or Apple iPad mini 2, tech enthusiasts across the world are waiting with bated breath for the next hot gadget of the year. Leaked images of these devices have already given us a glimpse of what is in the offing. But with so many leaks, it can be a little difficult to keep track of all the upcoming gadgets. We bring to you a list of 10 hottest  gadgets that will launch soon…
Google Nexus 5 –Google Nexus 5, expected to be based on LG G2, has been spotted in several leaked images in past few weeks. It is expected to be launched on October 30, along with Android 4.4 (KitKat). Leaked images of the smartphone show that it will sport the same design as its predecessor, but have a larger camera sensor.
Data from GFXBench as well as a leaked manual shows that it has a 4.96-inch display with 1920x1080p resolution and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). It is rumoured that the smartphone is powered by the 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 chipset. Other features expected to come in this device are 13MP camera, 2GB RAM, 32GB internal storage and no microSD support.

Nokia Lumia 1520-Nokia’s first 6-inch phablet, Lumia 1520 is being developed under the name Bandit and is expected to be announced on October 26. It is said that the Nokia phablet will come preloaded with the unannounced Microsoft GDR3 update that provides support for full HD display and quad-core processors.
A tweet by Qualcomm has confirmed rumours that it will run on the quad-core Snapdragon 800 chip that powers top models like Galaxy Note 3, LG G2, Sony Xperia Z Ultra etc. The display resolution of this phablet is expected to be 1920x1080p. Speculations also point towards a 20MP PureView camera on the back and 2GB RAM under the hood.

Apple iPad mini 2-Apple is expected to unveil its iPad mini 2 tablet by late October or early November, but leaked pictures of the device have already hit the internet. According to rumours, this device will have Retina display and 2048x1536p resolution, though the screen size will remain 7.9-inch (just like the current model).
iPad mini 2 may pack the A5X or A6 processor under the hood and bear the same price tag as its predecessor. It is also rumoured to have the Touch ID fingerprint scanner and come in gold colour.

Nokia Lumia 2520-Nokia seems set to dive into the booming tablet market with its Lumia 2520, expected to launch on October 26. A couple of images of the tablet, codenamed Sirius, have hit the internet, showing a 10.1-inch HD display and vibrant colour options.
This upcoming tablet is said to be powered by a quad-core Qualcomm processor and run on Windows RT operating system. There’s a 6.7MP camera with Carl Zeiss optics, but the images do not show rear flash. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 4G and USB ports.

Apple iPad 5-The fifth-generation iPad is expected to depart from the look its predecessors have had and instead look like the current iPad mini. This device will be thinner, lighter and smaller in size than the current model, while maintaining the 9.7-inch screen.
Expected to launch either in October end or early November, this device is likely to have an 8MP camera, the new TouchID fingerprint scanner and a 64-bit A7X processor.

Sony Xperia Z1 Mini-Sony is expected to soon launch the smaller version of its top-end Xperia Z1 smartphone. The upcoming Xperia Z1 Mini is said to have a 4.3-inch screen with 720p resolution, smaller than the 5-inch full HD display of its bigger sibling.
Going by a leaked internal document from Japanese telecom carrier Docomo, this phone will be called ‘Xperia Z1 f’. It will run on 2.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, which powers top-end handsets like Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (international version), Sony Xperia Z, LG G2 and the upcoming Google Nexus 5. It is also said to retain the 20.7MP camera that Sony debuted with the Xperia Z1.
Other rumoured specifications of Xperia Z1 Mini are 2GB RAM, 2,300mAh battery, waterproof and dust resistant body, 16GB internal storage, Android 4.2 and 64GB microSD card support

Motorola Droid 5-A recently leaked image suggests that Motorola is still working on phones with Qwerty keyboards. This phone, currently being called Droid 5, has a 4.3-inch screen with 720p resolution and 342ppi pixel density. A Qwerty keyboard with five rows is positioned below the main body and can be accessed via a slide-out gesture.

BlackBerry C-Series-A leaked image of an unannounced BlackBerry smartphone, said to be part of the company’s rumoured C or Café Series, have hit the internet. It is expected to have a 4.2-inch screen with 1280x720p resolution, 4G LTE connectivity and run on a quad-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 CPU. Being developed under the codename Americano, this smartphone is expected to run BlackBerry 10.2 operating system.

Huawei Ascend W3-Expected to launch at CES 2014, Huawei Ascend W3 runs on the Windows Phone 8 operating system. It is said to have a 4.5-inch display, 8MP rear camera with LED flash, 10mm thickness, metal body and 4G connectivity.
