The admission process for undergraduate programmes at University of Delhi (DU) has begun for the session 2015-16. In order to apply, the candidates are required to follow the steps listed below:
Step 1. Registration
Click on “Register”.
Email-Enter active Email address.
Confirm Email-Re-enter the Email address
Password – Any minimum 6 character password for UG ADMISSION 2015.
Confirm Password – Re-Enter the password
Mobile – Enter the 10 digit mobile number.
Enter the captcha
Click on “Register” button.
Step 2. Login
Click on “Login”.
Email-Id – Enter the Email address, with which the candidates have registered themselves in “Step 1. Registration”.
Password – Enter the password of UG ADMISSION 2015, which they have given in Password of “Step 1. Registration”.
Click on “Login” button.
Note: The applicants who forgot their password can reset it by clicking “Reset Password”. and entering their registered e-mail ID. A password reset link will be sent to the applicant’s e-mail ID through which the applicants can set their new password.
Step 3. Application Form
Once they have logged in to UG ADMISSION 2015, the candidates will be having their personalised dashboard.
For application form, Click on the “Apply Now” button which is on the left hand side of the screen.
How to fill application form:
Name: The candidates should enter their full name as per their matriculation certificate.
Email: The e-mail address is auto-filled by the system.
Parent/Guardian’s name: The candidates should enter their guardian’s name, for example Father’s name/Mother’s name.
Mobile: The Mobile number is auto-filled by the system.
Category: The candidates should enter the category to which they belong.
Gender: The candidates should select their gender from the drop-down.
Date of Birth-Date: The candidates should select the date of their birth.
Date of Birth-Month: The candidates should select the month of their birth.
Date of Birth- Year: The candidates should select the year of their birth.
If the address is house no 123, street no. 12, Qwe nagar, district abc, Delhi-110021, India.
House No./Street Name : The candidates should enter their House no. (Example: house no.123)
Area/locality: The candidates should enter the name of their area (Example: Street no.12, Qwe Nagar)
Country: The Name of the country is auto-filled by the system.
State: The candidates should select the name of the state.
District: The candidates should select the name of the district.
Pincode: The candidates should enter their 6 digit Pincode number.
Name of Exam. Board: The candidates should select their examination board name from the dropdown. If “Other”, Select “Other” from the dropdown and enter the Board Name in the text-box they will get below this “Board”
Year of Passing: Select the Year of Passing from the dropdown.
Status of Result: Select the Result Status from the dropdown.
Board Roll No.: Enter the Board Roll No. of Class XII.
Subject Name: Select the Subject Name from the dropdown list. If not found select “Other Subject” from the dropdown list and enter the subject name.
Subject Code: The Subject Code is auto-filled by the system.
Maximum Marks: Enter Maximum Marks of your Subject.
Marks Obtained: Enter Marks obtained in that Subject.
Note: Applicant’s are allowed to choose 5 different Subjects out of which they can choose 1 Other Language Core ,1 Other Language Elective and 1 Other Subject.
Additional Details (Optional)
Family Income: Select the Family’s annual income from the Dropdown List.
Schooling: The candidates should select schooling from the Dropdown List.
School Location: The candidates should select School Location from the Dropdown List.
Medium of Study: The candidates should select Medium of Study from the Dropdown List.
Note: All these Fields are Optional.
Select Course(s) The candidates wish to study
Course Choice: Select the Choice of courses from the Dropdown List.
Note: Applicant’s can select as many courses as they want.
Declaration: The candidates are required to give declaration before submitting the form.
Step 4. Registration Fee
Payment Procedure: Click on the button “Make Payment” to submit the application fee from the Dashboard. The candidates should use their card credentials and make payment.
Note: The candidates are not allowed to Update/Modify their application form in any circumstances once they paid the application fee. Registration Fee is non refundable.
Step 5. Download Application Form
Download Application Form: Click on the button “Print Form” to view your submitted form with form no. and code.
Note: The candidates should note that tamper/alter application form will not be acceptable/entertained by the department/university.
