Simple tips to create a will

Following are five simple tips to create a will:
1. A simple valid will is signed by the testator and attested by two witnesses.2. The name and address of the person making the will, along with the fact that it is being made voluntarily, should be mentioned.

3. The details of all relatives and the list of property bequeathed to each of them should be mentioned  in the will.

4. The will can be changed as many times as the testator wants to. Once a fresh will is made, the previous one is automatically revoked.

5. If a will is registered, it cannot be tampered, destroyed, mutilated, lost or stolen. However, it can be modified only if such changes are also registered.
